My day

I try to focus to the positive all the time. For me is diet and sleep the hardest. I dont want to eat meat and factory dishes. I can get angry when I read the content of our food, it contains so much crap.
To sleep 8 hours is hard for me. I have had problems for two years with my sleep. I can only think that I sleep best in a car.

  • Diet
  • Exercise
  • Sleep

  • less alcohol
  • no sugar
  • less salt


  • eat MORE fruit
  • more berriers
  • more vegetables
